Compensation and Bonus Structure Total compensation from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‐term ownership potential. Sign‐on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Monthly performance bonuses (uncapped), mentorship bonuses for supervising an RBT pursuing a Master's, certification bonuses, relocation package. Scheduling and Work–Life Balance Up to 3 remote workdays per month and up to 16 assessment‐related remote days per year. Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours.
