Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records (AP, AR, GL)
  • Handle invoicing, receipts, and reconciliation of client and office accounts
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Support preparation of GST submissions and basic compliance matters
  • Assist with payroll processing, expenses claims, and CPF submissions
  • Liaise with external vendors where required
  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager including setting up basic working stations for staff in the office and in court whenever required

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in professional services environment (law firm experience preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with computerised accounting software, especially Tessaract
