Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting daily financial operations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Capture and process daily financial transactions

  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and supplier statements

  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

  • Assist with payroll administration and related duties

  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end processes

  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and policies

  • Support the finance department with administrative tasks as required
