Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy, and provide clear reporting for our clients.



Key Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping & Maintenance: Set up Chart of Accounts, handle data entry, and perform daily reviews.

- Reconciliations: Manage monthly bank recs, income spreadsheets, and month-end closings.

- Reporting & Clean-up: Generate financial reports and perform catch-up work for client records.

- AP/AR & Payroll: Process accounts payable/receivable and verify payroll accuracy.



Requirements:

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.

- Organized: Methodical approach to managing multiple tasks independently.

- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in data classification and verification.
