Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Managing BIR related tasks and ensuring compliance with tax regulations computation and filing.
• Preparing Monthly (1601C, 0619E, 2550M), Quarterly (1601EQ, 2550Q, 1702Q, SLSP, QAP, SAWT), and Annually (0605, 1702, 1604C, 1604E, 2316) reports.
• Handling tax filings and ensuring accuracy in tax reporting.
• Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Assisting in tax planning and providing support during tax audits.
• Preparing year-end and year-start audit reports; BIR, eAPS, SEC, Business permit renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
