Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Customer Service Assistant to support daily financial tasks and order processing. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in QuickBooks .

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks (data entry, categorization)
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and basic follow-ups
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and order records
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone as needed
  • Support general administrative and customer service tasks

Requirements

  • Experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
