  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
