- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
