CXperts is looking for a Training Manager based in Western Visayas, Philippines, responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee performance in a BPO environment. This role requires managing a team of trainers and collaborating with various departments to ensure all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has 3–5 years of experience in training, including leadership capabilities. Strong skills in communication, instructional design, and adaptability are critical for success in this role.
