What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of engaging training curricula and materials for new hires and existing employees
  • Deliver effective training sessions to diverse groups of learners, adapting your approach to meet individual needs
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help employees enhance their performance and reach their full potential
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure programmes are aligned with business objectives
  • Support the management of training records, schedules and budgets
  • Share best practices and innovations with the wider training team to drive continuous improvement
