Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build PCs according to customer preference.
  • Manage and improve the company's inventory/merchandise situation.
  • Address customer technical concerns.
  • Diagnose claimed defective items and coordinate with customer and supplier.
  • Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Place inventory orders and track shipment.
  • Resolve network issues.
  • Prepare all supplies and technical equipment needed for build.
  • Manage technical equipment and materials as needed.
  • Installation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Receive and unload new shipments.
  • Stay up to date with merchandise/products, especially new products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills, with good communication and presentation abilities.
