Key Responsibilities:


Brand Activation

  • Plan and execute brand activation campaigns (BTL activities, in-store promotions, events, trade activations)
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external agencies for seamless campaign execution
  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all touchpoints
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Support new product launches through impactful activation strategies
  • Manage vendors and agencies, including negotiations and execution timelines


Training & Capability Building

  • Design and deliver product and brand training programs for sales teams, promoters, and distributors
  • Conduct on-ground training sessions during activations to ensure correct brand messaging
