Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring.
- Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
- Build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision.
- Annual brand planning & strategy development
- Budgeting & budgetary control.
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Maintaining a high Brand Recall index & aiming for achieving the market share in the targeted category
- Analyze industry trends, market competitiveness of products and SKUs, consumer requirements etc. to identify gaps in the current brand portfolio.
