EQUANS are recruiting for a Bricklayer to be based in Oldham. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview


Repair and maintain residential properties, focusing on high-quality masonry, brickwork repairs, repointing, and damp-proofing in tenanted or void homes. Key requirements include an NVQ Level 2 in Trowel Occupations, a CSCS card, a full driving license, and experience with customer-facing repairs, often working as part of a multi-skilled team.


Key Accountabilities

  • Repairs & Maintenance: Perform, repair, and maintain brickwork, chimneys, and external walls in occupied (tenanted) and empty (void) social housing properties.

  • Specialist Works: Execute damp-proof course (DPC) repairs, sealing foundations, repointing, and decorative brickwork.
