At Houle, the Service Technician role involves detailed work with building control systems, particularly HVAC systems in commercial structures. You will engage with project managers and design teams to ensure installations meet client specifications. The role also necessitates a focus on troubleshooting and maintaining client communication, while providing training and identifying future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain HVAC building automation systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner
• Communicate site-related concerns to project teams
• Lead training sessions for clients and new users
• Recognize and propose business opportunities from client relations
Requirements:
• 3+ years in HVAC control systems installation experience
