Building Fabric Technician - Bodmin - £30k DOE, plus van, overtime and bonus

Our client is looking for an experienced Building Fabric Technician to join their Facility Management Division, supporting one of their largest retail customers covering the Southwest of England. This Building Fabric Technician is a hands‑on role, delivering both reactive and planned maintenance works across a large customer base.

Salary: £30k DOE, plus van, overtime, lucrative on call allowance plus bonus.

Hours of work: 40 hour working week.

Location: Bodmin – Covering the Southwest of England.

Building Fabric Technician Responsibilities:

• Deliver reactive and planned maintenance works across multiple trade disciplines.
• Carry out fabric maintenance, repairs to include groundworks, substructure repairs, surfacing works, Car parks, forecourts, pavements and trolley bays.
