Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Building Operator is a key member of the Facilities Management team responsible for ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of a complex, critical healthcare environment. The role's principal focus is the troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and optimized operation of the facility's architectural, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. The Building Operator provides leadership in operational management, safety, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent technical acumen, proven capabilities in multi‑tasking, complex problem‑solving, and prioritizing a high‑volume workload.
