Lead and expand an expert Building Science team in Edmonton as a Group Lead. This role encompasses technical excellence, project management, and client relationship growth to enhance our practice.
As a Building Envelope/Science Engineer Group Lead, you will oversee complex projects and mentor a multidisciplinary team. Your extensive experience in building envelope design and rehabilitation will drive high-quality consulting services. You will also play a key role in project performance monitoring and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide senior technical leadership for building science projects
• Manage investigations, assessments, and design for building envelope systems
• Lead forensic investigations focused on moisture intrusion and thermal performance
• Review and approve technical documents to ensure compliance
• Mentor technical staff and foster a collaborative work environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field
