Job Summary

The Building Site Supervisor leads and coordinates daily construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and meet design specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce to achieve project milestones efficiently
• Monitor site progress and deliver regular, detailed reports to the project manager to inform decision-making
• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Lead toolbox meetings to communicate safety protocols and promote adherence to safe work practices
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth site operations
