CBRE Asia Pacific is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Penang, Malaysia. You will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
