The Bulk Supply Chain Supervisor oversees end-to-end bulk logistics operations, managing third‑party haulers and PEZA compliance. This role drives continuous improvement and sourcing strategies, manages key system projects, and optimizes costs. Additionally, they enforce fleet safety standards, ensure daily KPI alignment, and foster a customer‑centric culture to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic truck requirement planning and scheduling to support long‑term delivery requirements at minimal cost.
• Conduct demand‑capacity analyses and propose optimized network strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supervise logistics schedulers to ensure daily delivery plans are executed safely, tracking Delivery Performance Execution (DPE) daily.
