Job Description
- Providing customer service to users of the line.
- Collecting fares and managing ticket sales.
REQUIREMENTS
- Languages: Advanced Spanish, intermediate/advanced English, advanced Catalan.
- Availability for rotating morning/afternoon/night shifts.
- Proven experience in customer service, collections and settlements.
Optional requirements:
- Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
- Knowledge of traffic and previous experience in the passenger transport sector.
Salary according to the collective agreement
