Job Description

  • Providing customer service to users of the line.
  • Collecting fares and managing ticket sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Languages: Advanced Spanish, intermediate/advanced English, advanced Catalan.
  • Availability for rotating morning/afternoon/night shifts.
  • Proven experience in customer service, collections and settlements.

Optional requirements:

  • Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
  • Knowledge of traffic and previous experience in the passenger transport sector.

Salary according to the collective agreement
