Business Analyst (Alliston)

Overview

JOB POSITION INFORMATION:

The business analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing and translating operational needs into functional specifications. Analyze and determine key performance indicators to identify efficiencies and improve opportunities. Support initiatives related to capacity planning, asset utilization and cost reduction and improve revenue quality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate end to end process (planning, dispatch, tracking, billing, compliance)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, establish and maintain measurable performance indicators (on‑time delivery, cost per mile, fuel usage, carrier performance, customer performance etc.)
• Identify and recommend process improvements in collaborations with key stakeholders
• Assists in change management efforts and development of related deliverables to prepare the business for successful adoption of changes
