Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly strategic, tech‑forward Business Analyst to serve as the connective tissue between stakeholders, operations, and IT execution. This role is responsible for identifying business bottlenecks, architecting scalable system solutions, and driving technology initiatives that elevate performance across the entire organization.

This is not a passive documentation role; the ideal candidate must think like an operator, proactively uncover inefficiencies, and translate business complexity into executable IT projects. Amazon account management, listing optimization, and PPC experience is a strong asset.
