Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst Lead to drive business analysis excellence across complex, large-scale programmes. This role goes beyond individual contribution — you will lead a team of Business Analysts, shape solution outcomes, and ensure delivery aligns with business intent. You will work closely with Business Architects, Product Managers, and Solution Architects to translate strategy into executable solutions, while guiding teams in delivering high-quality analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
