Systematix is currently seeking a Business Analyst for our client, a major provincial utility organization, to support the delivery of a cloud-based contact centre transformation initiative within an enterprise IT environment.

About the Project

Systematix is supporting a major provincial utility organization undertaking a strategic initiative to implement a cloud SaaS contact centre solution, including integration with enterprise systems and modernization of customer service capabilities. This role requires an experienced IT Business Analyst to support project delivery by gathering and documenting business requirements, working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and coordinating with business, technical, vendor, and customer service stakeholders.
