Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and SMEs.
- Conduct requirements walkthroughs and support project teams during development and testing.
- Evaluate and improve business processes and maintain process documentation.
- Manage requirement updates and change requests.
- Create and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and sessions.
- Prepare user guides, procedures, and adoption materials for new tools and features.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and approval of requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year of Business Analyst experience.
- Hands-on experience with SDLC processes.
