Job Description

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product management.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documents, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and technical integration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
  • Must be amenable to work on a full RTO in Metro Manila, dayshift schedule
  • Role is urgent, we need someone who can join ASAP.
