Job Description

We are looking for a detail-orientedBusiness Analyst, preferably in Shipping Management Platforms and logistics/supply chain solutions. The candidate will play a key role in gathering, analysing, and validating business requirements while ensuring alignment with project role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with Agile practices and tools like JIRA.

Business Analyst:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Prior experience in Shipping Management Platforms or logistics/supply chain domain
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation
  • Experience in validating business requirements against deliverables
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for user stories and tracking
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
