Business Analyst

Overview

Business Analyst for the Internal Systems Team as part of Head Office operations. Based in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary. You will identify opportunities, scope problems and co-create potential solutions that solve business problems. Own the discovery phase: elicit, understand, assess, and document business requirements, processes and reporting needs to ensure successful delivery of data modernization projects. Facilitate Scrum rituals and lead continuous improvement efforts, working closely with development teams, removing roadblocks, creating user stories, and establishing and managing processes. Strong communication and coordination skills to promote a high-functioning team environment by managing expectations and adapting to stakeholders’ preferred project management methods.
