Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain Control Account budgets and schedules for projects.
  • Define tasks, resources, and sequencing to optimize project completion.
  • Build and upkeep project schedules, including estimates to completion for remaining work scope.
  • Review and approve all resources charged to Control Accounts; ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor and assess Control Account performance and prepare variance analyses, including trend analysis of financial and schedule elements.
  • Lead baseline change control processes for revisions to scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Prepare dashboards and weekly/monthly/quarterly project reports; contribute to management presentations.
  • Implement corrective actions as appropriate and inform management of significant problems.
  • Evaluate current strategy to identify opportunities for cost and schedule improvements.
