Job Summary

The Business Analytics Manager – Recruitment is responsible for leading data-driven strategies that optimize the end-to-end recruitment process. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Leadership teams to translate recruitment data into actionable insights that improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, cost management, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with deep understanding of recruitment metrics, funnel management, and workforce demand forecasting.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and manage dashboards tracking key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, recruiter productivity).
