Business Development Assistant - EIGHT8ATE (Corporate Office)

  • Records all incoming and outgoing business development documents.
  • Routes documents for approval and distributes documents based on the approval and distribution lists.
  • Maintains proper organization and storage of documents and information, including setting up an electronic library system for the management of technical documentation and maintaining a computer database of all filed documentation for fast retrieval.
  • Updates the inventory of available office supplies and materials and makes requisitions for needed supplies and materials.
  • Performs skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
