We’re looking for someone who understands that business development is rejection, repetition, and results—and still shows up sharper the next day. At Substance, this role sits at the front of revenue. You’ll be responsible for opening doors with startups, SMEs, and Fortune 500 companies.
This is not a support role. This is a revenue role.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Reach out to companies across APAC, US, and Europe—founders, hiring managers, and HR leads
- Position our internship recruitment solution in a way that makes commercial sense—not just “sounds good”
- Build and manage a pipeline of companies actively hiring interns
- Work alongside the team to convert conversations into signed mandates and hires
- Develop partnerships with universities, schools, and communities to build a consistent intern pipeline
