Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing revenue across your assigned territory—Labuan and/or Miri/Bintulu. You'll manage a portfolio of customers (with flexibility depending on market needs), ensure sales targets and margins are achieved, and collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager on planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives

Commercial Growth

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and monthly forecasts.
  • Manage and grow sales and margin for the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Identify and develop strategies to acquire new customers or deepen market penetration.
  • Use sales pipeline data to conduct forecasts and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Assess opportunities and risks, and recommend go/no-go strategies.
