Your Mission
- Develop and execute the business development strategy for the DACH region
- Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with Business Unit targets
- Identify and win new business opportunities within target verticals
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners
- Support the on-boarding and mentoring of future sales talents as the organization grows
Your Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify opportunities and close deals as a result of the full sales cycle support
- Achieve and measure Biz Dev KPIs and ensure alignment with the Business Unit revenue targets
- Develop strategic account plans and regional growth strategies
- Identify new customers and market opportunities
- Conduct customer visits and maintain strong field presence across the region
