- Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead identification and nurturing, to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with delivery teams for effort estimates, Solutioning, and documentation.
- Maintain and report a robust sales pipeline , ensure accurate sales forecasting, and meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Create high-impact, customized proposals on Upwork and other marketplaces , increasing bid-to-win ratio.
- Manage online profiles (e.g., Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms) and ensure consistent engagement and visibility.
- Optimize bidding strategies based on marketplace trends and buyer behavior.
