Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing and recruitment services
  • Acquire and maintain corporate clients across various industries
  • Promote staffing solutions including contract staffing permanent hiring and bulk recruitment
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to full fill client requirements effectively
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives
  • Minimum 510 years of experience in manpower outsourcing and recruitment sales required
