Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in the communication service provider space, leading large customer accounts with experience delivering ground-breaking BSS and OSS solutions
  • Extensive Japan business network within the telco industry
  • Native Japanese and excellent spoken and written English
  • Customer manager mindset, with a deep understanding of inter and intra-organizational relationships, and a proven track record of building executive relationships
  • Recognized leader, with the ability to operate in a globally matrixed environment and handle sophisticated situations with tact and diplomacy
