Requirements

  • We care more about mindset, potential, ownership, and drive than checking every traditional box
  • 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, outbound sales, customer-facing, founder-led, entrepreneurial, or high-ownership role. Prior BDR/SDR experience is helpful, but not the only path
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent evidence of analytical ability, commercial curiosity, strong communication, entrepreneurial execution, or self-directed learning
  • Builder mindset: you have at least one example of something you initiated, built, organized, automated, tested, or improved without being asked. In this role, that could look like a prospecting system, outreach experiment, account research workflow, side project, community, event, sales motion, or AI-assisted workflow
