Business Development Representative – EMEA

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) for EMEA to strengthen the very first stage of our commercial engine.

Your impact

  • Execute outbound activities against a prioritised, tiered account list within clearly defined ICPs and personas
  • Play an active role in shaping and executing strategic outbound plays across regions and segments
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and prioritisation
  • Improve outbound processes and workflows to increase efficiency and conversion rates
  • Analyse lead and pipeline data to identify patterns and drive better qualification and targeting
  • Work closely with sales to ensure tight alignment and high-quality handovers
  • Own initial qualification for top opportunities, ensuring only strong pipeline progresses
