SiteWorker is a verified workforce delivery and construction staffing platform. We place credentialed skilled tradespeople with large-scale contractors, EPCs, and project owners — and we build the compliance infrastructure that keeps those placements airtight. Our clients include Tesla, MasTec, and Hypower. We operate alongside D.O.W.E., our in-house nonprofit functioning as a federally-engaged apprenticeship intermediary.
We're hiring a Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth. You'll identify high-fit prospects across construction, energy, and infrastructure, run structured outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, and book appointments for our senior team. This is a metrics-driven role — you own the number, you hit the number. One qualified appointment per business day is the baseline.
