Job Description

The Business Development will manage end-to-end implementation of new payment solutions for ShopeePay, including ideation, partner selection (if needed), launch & day-to-day management. To identify, negotiate, and integrate payment channels and partners (e.g., direct debit, over-the-counter) to enhance ShopeePay’s payment capability


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate prospective partners to expand ShopeePay's payments network & infrastructure
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process
  • Collaborate across Legal, Product, Tech, Compliance, and Risk to ensure successful and compliant integration
  • Manage long-term relationships post-launch, acting as key account manager for assigned partners
  • Monitor and optimize channel performance while identifying new areas for growth, work with marketing team to grow product
