Job Description

  • Accountable for achieving the monthly, quarterly and yearly team and individual targets by monitoring and supervising the sales engineers' daily activities and outputs (such as prospecting, lead generation, product presentation, etc.) through regular WIG meetings.
  • Ensures that the team is updated with current product advancements, market trends, competitor pricing, etc.
  • Reviews current sales strategic practices and recommends new effective sales strategies (like identifying appropriate business targets, pricing, discount matrix, marketing strategies, etc.) to generate more sales opportunities.
  • Accountable for managing client database and takes appropriate actions on untapped prospects.
  • Manages customer concerns and communicates weekly to the Sales Manager pressing concerns/issues of Sales Engineers that may need further intervention.
