+ Experience with Warranty/Service Management Systems

+ Vendor Selection (Analysis, Presentation)

+ Experience Running an Implementation of a Warranty/Service Management System

+ Ability to commute to Elgin or University Park 3x/wk

Description
The Client is replacing their current Warranty Management System with a new System. They currently have another system, which has left them with difficult to scale and integrate with multiple systems. This current process for Warranty and Rebates with their Product Dealers has been cumbersome, and not to mention costly.
