Why does this role matter?

This is a new strategic role within Client Integration to strengthen end-to-end process integration design for Capitec across the clientele lifecycle. This role will ensure Business Banking solutions are designed as part of a connected One Bank, One Client experience rather than standalone product solutions. You’ll be part of a team that is quietly reshaping how the bank operates , driving consistency, improving client outcomes, and influencing how processes work across multiple channels and functions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • End to end client lifecycle design from onboarding to termination
  • Alignment between Business Banking and Personal Banking
  • Single client view integration
  • Client Lifecycle event, remediation, servicing and resolution design
