Job Description
**You are responsible for:**
**_Software & Subscription Process Design and Optimization_**
+ Design, standardize, and continuously improve Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes for software licenses, SaaS solutions, and subscription‑based offerings, including renewals, changes, and terminations.
+ Translate complex commercial constructs (e.g. subscriptions, usage‑based pricing, entitlements, upgrades) into robust, compliant operational processes.
+ Ensure alignment of software and subscription processes with healthcare technology quality systems and regulatory requirements.
+ Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, shorten cycle times, and enhance the digital customer experience.
