Business & Process Improvement Analyst, Amazon Key for Business

Description

We are seeking a Business & Process Improvement Analyst to support quality, process improvement, and business reporting initiatives across Amazon Key's operations. You will work on defined goals under the guidance of senior team members, contributing to process standardization, quality metrics analysis and business reporting. This role is ideal for someone analytically curious, comfortable leveraging AI tools, and eager to drive operational improvements at scale.

Key job responsibilities

Process Improvement (50%)

• Create and maintain SOPs and best practices for operational workflows across regions, ensuring consistency in process execution across EU, NA, JP, and AU. Document and share learnings to build institutional knowledge across the team
