We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned strategy and operations analyst who will engage with global and cross-functional teams throughout TransUnion to drive execution of transition plans and special projects related to TU’s Global Capability Centers.

  • Minimum 4-6 years proven of Business Process Mapping & Modeling.
  • Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
  • Time Management - ability to manage workload to ensure deliverables are to time and quality
  • Strong focus and attention to detail and the ability to gather additional process information in a structured manner ensuring stakeholder engagement with regard to the purpose of the information...
