- Manage corporate meeting and event lifecycle from request intake to execution - Ensure service excellence across global events portfolio - Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for seamless delivery - Oversee event planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination - Maintain compliance with SLAs, operational standards, and program guidelines - Support continuous improvement in event service processes - Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment - Provide customer support and resolve escalations efficiently - Assist in strategic program development and execution - Ensure documentation accuracy and operational transparency
