Job Description

Business Solutions and Operations Analyst – responsible for data verification, reporting and analysis, system configurations, business requirements gathering, RealSuite enhancements, data integrity and operational analytics.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide account operations & systems support to BGIS clients and client account team members.
• Resolve problems and conflicts, maintaining open communication and providing regular written and oral reports in response to escalations.
